Overnight van parking close to home. A monthly pass at a neighbour's instead of a lot outside town.
A yard or driveway at a neighbour's where a van up to 3.5 t really fits. One fixed rent every month, and in the morning you set off from home. Rezu works now — in the iPhone app and in the browser at getrezu.app.
Example listings for a van up to 3.5 t — indicative prices with the 15% service fee included, not real listings. Real ones are added by owners in the Rezu app.
A van outside the block means rows with the neighbours. A van ten kilometres away means an hour lost every day.
A self-employed courier has one van, one number plate and one problem: where to leave it overnight. The guarded car park is far away and pricey, and the estate car park ends with a note under the wiper. A neighbour with a yard or a driveway has a spot the van actually fits on.
A month in a guarded car park is ≈ €82–94 plus the drive out of town. A month at a neighbour's is €81 at an owner price of €70 — and the van stands where you set off from in the morning. On the principle: in 2016 the Court of Appeal in Szczecin held (I ACa 756/15) that a housing community may not forbid the parking of delivery vehicles. That is not legal advice, and a dispute with the neighbours lands on the spot's owner anyway — which is why we look for spots where the van simply bothers nobody.
a month for a delivery van in a guarded car park in Poznań — ≈ €59 for a car, ≈ €118–141 for a lorry
the "citizen's fine" a neighbour in Wrocław left a courier for parking outside the block, plus ≈ €47 for painting over the plates

A van needs an open-air spot — underground garages are usually too low.
Got a spot in Poznań where a delivery van up to 3.5 t fits? List it. A monthly pass means one renter and one number plate, not someone new every few days.

Illustrative amounts, not real passes — what you earn depends on your price and demand nearby. The owner checks the clearance: a high-roof van is about 2.5 m and will not fit most underground garages.
