Delete account
You can delete your Rezu account directly in the app: go to Profile → Account → Delete account and confirm. If you no longer have access to the app (e.g. you've uninstalled it), write to us and we'll delete your account manually.
How to request deletion from the website
- 1. Email the address below from the phone number linked to your account.
- 2. In the message, include your phone number and the name you used to sign up.
- 3. We'll confirm the deletion by email within 72 hours.
What we delete, and what stays
We delete your personal data: phone number, name, vehicle registration number, and profile. History of completed, paid bookings may be anonymized and retained to meet legal billing obligations — without any data that could identify you. Full details are in the Privacy Policy.
