Rezu for housing associations and property managers
This page is for your housing association's board and property manager, not for drivers. It shows how part of our service fee from renting out spots in your building can go to your housing association, which decides itself what to spend it on. Rezu is available in Poznań — below are the programme's terms.
Every booking in the building adds to the association's budget.
The association decides itself what to spend the money on, for example the repair fund. Each month the property manager gets a statement, and the association invoices us.
Your association receives 2% of the spot price of every booking.
Once your building has at least 5 active spots on Rezu, we set aside an amount equal to 2% of the spot price of every paid booking for your housing association. The money comes out of our service fee — the driver pays no more for it, and residents lose nothing from their price. The amount goes to the association, which decides itself what to spend it on, for example the repair fund. On the 1st of every month the property manager gets a PDF statement from us by email, and the association invoices us for that amount. That's all the work on your side.
Let's talk for 15 minutesWhat your association and manager get
A statement by email on the 1st
On the 1st of every month the property manager gets a PDF statement for the previous month by email: the number of bookings and the amount for the association. No drivers' or owners' details — only building-wide totals.
Zero set-up cost
Nothing to install, no hardware to buy and no subscription — Rezu runs in the app. All it takes is the residents' consent, and it works from day one.
Let's talk for 15 minutes.
Call or write. I'll explain how it works in your building, and we'll check together whether your association's rules allow renting spots to people from outside the building.
