Parking in Piątkowo: prefab blocks, the fast tram and the Szymanowskiego P&R

Piątkowo is two districts, Piątkowo and Piątkowo Północ, built mostly of prefabricated blocks. Wikipedia lists the estates of Bolesława Chrobrego, Bolesława Śmiałego, Hulewiczów, Stefana Batorego, Władysława Jagiełły and Zygmunta Starego and, in the north, Jana III Sobieskiego and Marysieńki. As of 1 January 2010 about 46 thousand people lived here in total, so that is data from years ago. ZDM does not list Piątkowo among the areas of the paid parking zone.

The Jana III Sobieskiego terminus in the north of Piątkowo is a hub for buses and the Poznań Fast Tram. By the PST Szymanowskiego stop is the Szymanowskiego park-and-ride: 130 spaces, open daily 4:30–2:30. Holders of a PEKA period ticket park there free, and overstaying the parking day costs ≈ €24.

In both modes Rezu deducts nothing from the owner's price, and the driver pays the service fee: 20% on Rezu Daily, 15% on Rezu Long (launch offer: 12% for the first 3 months of a pass started by 31 December 2026, then 15%).
