This is what listings in Jeżyce could look like. Prices are indicative — these aren't real offers. Real listings are added by owners in the Rezu app.
Rezu works in every Poznań district.
Owners anywhere in the city can list a spot today — in a new district, you can be the first. Drivers open the map and book what's free.
List a spot here and you'll be one of the first owners in Wilda.
Around Rynek Jeżycki, owners can list a spot and drivers can book one.
Residents can list a spot; people who commute into the centre can book one.
No page of its own yet, but Rezu works here too — open the map or list your spot.
Poznań sits in traffic longer than any other city in Poland.
Some of that time isn't driving — it's circling for a spot. The city won't build new parking downtown, but in those same blocks garages sit empty because someone's taking the tram, or is out of town for the week.
Since 1 September 2025, downtown Poznań has been Poland's most expensive paid parking zone — pricier than Kraków and more than double Warsaw's rate. Meanwhile, a few blocks away, your neighbour's spot sits empty anyway: a full day there averages about €7, service fee included — less than three hours in the zone.

Parking in Jeżyce: the zone, the market, a theatre and two hospitals
The heart of Jeżyce – from Roosevelta Street to Polna and Kościelna, plus św. Floriana – is part of the inner-city paid parking zone. You pay Monday to Saturday, 8:00–20:00: ≈ €1.75 for the first hour, ≈ €2.10 for the second, ≈ €2.35 for the third and ≈ €1.75 for every hour after that. A full day in the zone comes to ≈ €22. Parts of Jeżyce outside that area are in the ordinary zone, where the first hour is ≈ €1.20 and Saturdays are free.
People drive here for specific reasons. The Rynek Jeżycki market is open Monday to Saturday, 6:00–20:00. Teatr Nowy is at Dąbrowskiego 5. The university obstetrics and gynaecology hospital is at Polna 33, and the Karol Jonscher clinical hospital at Szpitalna 27/33. The Old Zoo is at Zwierzyniecka 19.
The city's park-and-ride car parks, such as the one on Szymanowskiego by the PST tram stop, are open daily from 4:30 to 2:30, and overstaying that parking day costs ≈ €24. So they are no good overnight. Need a spot for a whole day or a month? Check Rezu to see whether anyone nearby has listed a garage or a driveway. And if you have a spot in Jeżyce that sits empty during the day, be one of the first in the area to list it.

Some days there's no time to hunt for parking.
“Circling Polna again before my shift.”
Work at the hospital on Polna or Szpitalna? Rent a neighbour's spot by the month and stop hunting for a bit of kerb. You can add a lease in the app if you both want one.
One spot for the whole rota.
“Curtain's up in a minute and I'm still in the car.”
The Jeżyce zone charges until 20:00, Saturdays included. Instead of circling Dąbrowskiego, check Rezu for a spot someone nearby has listed for that day.
Book the day, catch the show.
“Do I have to pay on a Saturday too?”
In the inner-city zone in Jeżyce, yes: 8:00 to 20:00. If the market turns into an afternoon with friends, a day at a neighbour's saves you from watching the meter.
Market, coffee, a walk. The car stays put.
“They're staying a few days. Where do they park?”
Live in Jeżyce and your guests are driving? Book them a neighbour's spot for every day of the visit instead of paying the zone each morning.
They park. You relax.
An empty spot earns nothing. You can list it in two minutes.
List it now and be one of the first in Jeżyce. Drivers nearby will find it right on the map.
Got a heated garage, a lockable box or a 230 V socket? Mention it in your listing. In Poznań, insulated and heated garages are listed at ≈ €78–165 a month (71 listings on OLX, as of 17.09.2026) — a different league from a plain parking spot.
an example: €6 a day, 12 days rented a month
These are illustrative estimates at €6 a day, not real bookings — what you earn depends on your price and demand nearby.
